What if it's not delivering value after the first month?
If we miss two consecutive monthly briefings or you can show the briefings haven't been useful, you can terminate within the initial 3-month term. No drama, no clawback.
Do I need to commit before the first briefing?
No. The first conversation is a free 15-min scoping call. If we both agree the territory is a good fit, we'll deliver one free sample briefing for your territory. Then you decide whether to start the pilot.
What territory definitions work?
Anything from a single metro (e.g. Phoenix Metro) to a multi-state region (e.g. Texas + Oklahoma + Arkansas). The smaller the territory, the deeper the briefing. National-coverage vendors are better suited for our future Enterprise tier.
Can I change my territory mid-pilot?
Yes — once. Tell us in writing and we'll switch the scope at the next monthly briefing. After that, additional changes require Pro tier.
